Sun Valley Auto Repair in Sugarcreek, Ohio, offers free loaner vehicles, a local shuttle generally serving destinations within approximately 10–15 miles of the shop, and vehicle pickup and delivery by prior arrangement.

Availability varies, so please discuss your transportation needs when scheduling your appointment.

Whether you need to get to work, pick up your children, or keep appointments, knowing your transportation options makes it easier to plan vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Do You Offer Free Loaner Vehicles?

Yes! We offer free loaner vehicles while your vehicle is being serviced, subject to availability.

Loaners are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please request one when scheduling so our team can confirm availability and explain the checkout and return requirements.

A loaner can be helpful when you need to leave your vehicle for testing, maintenance, or a repair that takes longer than a quick visit. Let us know how long you expect to need transportation and any important scheduling needs.

Please return the loaner with a full tank of fuel. A $25 fuel charge applies if it is returned without being refilled.

How Far Does Your Shuttle Travel?

Our local shuttle generally serves destinations within approximately 10–15 miles of our Sugarcreek shop, depending on the location and scheduling availability.

If you need a ride home or to work after dropping off your vehicle, provide your destination address when booking. We’ll confirm whether we can accommodate the location and your preferred timing.

Need a ride back to pick up your vehicle, too? Mention that when arranging your appointment so we can coordinate both trips.

Please arrange shuttle service ahead of time so you know what to expect on the day of your visit.

Can You Pick Up My Vehicle and Deliver It Back?

Vehicle pickup and delivery may be available by prior arrangement. Contact our team before your appointment to discuss your location and transportation needs.

To help us coordinate, please provide:

  • The address where your vehicle will be located.
  • The maintenance or repair concern you need addressed.
  • Your preferred pickup and return times.
  • Instructions for accessing the vehicle and keys.

Our team will confirm whether your address is within our available service area, what timing we can accommodate, and whether any charge applies before you finalize the arrangements.

If your vehicle will not start or you’re concerned it may be unsafe to drive, tell us when you call so we can discuss how to get it to the shop.

How Do I Arrange Transportation for My Appointment?

Ask about transportation when you request your service appointment. Planning ahead gives us the best opportunity to coordinate an option that works for you.

You can simply tell us:

“I’d like to schedule service, and I’ll need transportation while my vehicle is with you. Is a loaner, shuttle ride, or pickup and delivery available?”

Let us know about any firm deadlines, such as your work schedule or school pickup. We’ll discuss availability and help you plan your visit.

If you request an appointment online, include your transportation needs in the notes. A request for a loaner, shuttle, or pickup and delivery still needs confirmation from our team.
