Your vehicle's tires are crucial for safety and performance, and at Sun Valley Auto Repair LLC, we're committed to ensuring they serve you well for as long as possible. That's why we've created our comprehensive Tire Care Package, designed to give you peace of mind and keep your tires in top condition. Here's everything you need to know about our Tire Care Package and how it works.

What is the Tire Care Package?

Our Tire Care Package is more than just a warranty; it's a commitment to quality and safety. When you purchase tires from Sun Valley Auto Repair LLC, you have the option to add this package, which covers a range of services and protections for up to five years or until your tires reach a tread depth of 2/32 inches (1.6 mm), whichever comes first. This package ensures your tires remain in good condition, and if anything goes wrong, we've got you covered.

How Do You Qualify?

To qualify for our Tire Care Package, you must be the original purchaser of the tires, and the tires must have been purchased from Sun Valley Auto Repair LLC. It's important to note that you need to purchase the tire road hazard warranty protection at the time of tire purchase to take full advantage of this package.

Regular tire rotation is crucial for maintaining the health of your tires. We recommend rotating your tires every 10,000 miles, and this service can be performed at any repair facility. If you choose to have this done elsewhere, simply keep your receipts as proof. Additionally, it's essential to maintain all mechanical parts that affect your tires to ensure they remain in proper working condition.

What Does the Package Cover?

Our Tire Care Package offers extensive coverage, including:

  • Flat Tire Repairs : We cover flat tire repairs for the life of the warranty, provided the tire can be safely repaired.
  • Tire Replacement : If a tire requires replacement within the first 35% of its usable tread life and cannot be safely repaired, we'll replace it with the exact same make and model or a comparable tire. This coverage extends up to 110% of the original purchase price.
  • Tire Rotation : We include free tire rotation every 10,000 miles or once per year, helping you get the most out of your tires.
  • Tire Balance : If balancing is needed during the warranty period, we'll provide this service at no additional charge.

The maximum payout over the life of the warranty is set at $399 per tire, ensuring that you’re covered in almost any situation.

What’s Not Covered?

While our Tire Care Package is extensive, it’s important to note what isn’t covered. The package does not cover:

  • Damage from racing, abuse, or off-road use.
  • Damage resulting from vehicle accidents, vandalism, or the use of snow chains or studs.
  • Rapid or irregular tread wear, or damage caused by worn or improperly maintained mechanical components.
  • Loss of time, inconvenience, or vehicle loss of use, except where prohibited by law.
  • Tires transferred from the original vehicle or installed on commercial-use vehicles.
