We’re excited to announce that we are growing — and we’re currently hiring a full-time Service Advisor / Office Assistant to join our front office team.

Here’s what the role looks like, why it matters, and what makes working here special.

What Does a Service Advisor Do?

Our Service Advisors are the heartbeat of our front office. They keep the shop running smoothly, help customers feel valued and informed, and make sure communication between our technicians and our guests is clear and honest.

You don’t need automotive experience — we will train you on the terminology and the workflow. What matters most is a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and a desire to help people.

Daily responsibilities include:

Greeting customers and making them feel welcome

Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments

Clearly explaining repair recommendations in everyday language

Communicating with technicians to ensure accurate estimates

Ordering parts and coordinating with vendors

Checking in loaner vehicles

Helping keep the front office clean and organized

Making follow-up and thank-you calls

Supporting simple office tasks like scanning and filing

If you enjoy staying organized, serving others, and keeping things flowing smoothly, you’ll thrive in this role.
